Account & data deletion

Request deletion by email, even if you no longer have the app.

Updated: com.quickshare.cloudlink.filetransfer

1. Send your request

This is the account and data deletion resource for Quick Share, developed by the Quick Share Team, Android package com.quickshare.cloudlink.filetransfer. You do not need to sign in to this website, reinstall the app, or make a purchase to request deletion.

  1. Send an email from the email address used to sign in to Quick Share with Google.
  2. Address it to ymwotow411846@gmail.com, with the subject Quick Share account deletion.
  3. State whether you want your entire Quick Share account and associated cloud data deleted, or only specified cloud files or profile information. For a partial request, describe the items without attaching the private file contents.
Suggested message
Please delete my Quick Share account and all associated cloud files and profile information. This email address is the one I use for Google sign-in. Please confirm when my request has been processed.

If the email button does not open, copy the address and subject into your email app. If you no longer control the sign-in email address, contact the same support address, explain the situation, and we will discuss an appropriate ownership check.

Do not send your Google password, one-time verification codes, session tokens, or payment-card details.

2. Verification and manual processing

We check that the request belongs to the account holder and may ask for limited additional information if needed to verify ownership. We then manually process the verified request and reply about its completion or any information that must remain. Opening this page or sending an email does not instantly delete data; there is no automated deletion form on this website.

We will communicate if verification, a service provider, or another requirement affects the process. If you have not received a response, follow up at the same email address. Save any cloud files you need before requesting account deletion.

3. Data covered by account deletion

A verified full-account deletion request covers data under our control associated with the account:

  • Your Quick Share account record and stored Google profile information: account identifier, email, name, and photo URL.
  • Active sessions and cloud file records, uploaded cloud objects, and associated file-access metadata, including stored password hashes.
  • Associated provider-side account data that we can request to be deleted, including the subscription-service customer profile where applicable.

Cloud links stop working when the relevant file access is removed. Physical object cleanup may finish later. If limited information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or legal obligations, we explain the relevant reason when handling your request. Google Play and other providers may retain records under their own legal and platform requirements. This request deletes your Quick Share account; it does not delete your Google account.

4. Subscriptions need separate cancellation

Deleting your Quick Share account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription or stop its renewal. Manage or cancel the subscription separately in Google Play subscriptions. You can submit the account-deletion request whether or not a subscription is active; cancellation is a separate action.

Refunds, purchase-history retention, and payment records are governed by Google Play and the relevant providers. Account deletion does not itself issue a refund.

5. Local files and other people's copies

Signing out or uninstalling Quick Share is not a cloud-account deletion request. Signing out affects the current session; it does not delete your backend account, files, sessions on other devices, or RevenueCat customer record. Uninstalling removes app-local data according to Android behavior, but does not remove cloud data, exported Downloads, or copies stored by recipients.

Delete exported Downloads copies in Android's file manager. To remove app-private received files or caches, clear Quick Share's storage in Android app settings or uninstall the app; this also removes local settings and history, but not your cloud account or public Downloads copies. Clearing transfer history alone does not delete received files. We cannot remotely recall files already downloaded, transferred to other devices, or saved by someone else.

6. Privacy questions

For access, correction, partial deletion, or questions about retained information, email ymwotow411846@gmail.com. Read the Quick Share Privacy Policy for the information we process and the service providers involved.
